Roodieland provides a platform for creating personalised video messages featuring various characters including Santa Claus, Easter Bunny, Roodie, and other characters. Our Service uses AI technology to generate custom video content based on your input.
The Service includes:
- Base video messages (free)
- Optional premium features (paid add-ons)
- Character collectible coins (paid items)
- Video hosting for 6 months
- Download and sharing capabilities
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Payment and Pricing
Free Services: Base video messages are provided free of charge.
Paid Services: Optional premium features and collectible coins are available for purchase at the prices displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Voucher Codes: Promotional voucher codes may be applied at checkout and are subject to specific terms and expiration dates.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of any photos, videos, or text you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant Roodieland a license to use, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of creating your personalised videos.
Our Content: All characters, designs, videos, and other materials created by Roodieland remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use your personalised videos for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Upload offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorisation
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload content containing viruses or malicious code
7. Video Delivery and Hosting
Videos are typically delivered within minutes of order completion. We provide:
- Professional Full HD quality videos
- 6 months of free hosting from the date of creation
- Download capabilities for offline viewing
- Shareable links for family and friends
After 6 months, videos may be archived. We recommend downloading your videos for permanent storage.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the personalised nature of our videos, all sales are final once video generation has begun. However, we may issue refunds at our discretion in cases of:
- Technical failures preventing video delivery
- Significant quality issues with the generated video
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
